Please let us know at least 24 hours in advance if you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment to avoid a $100 fee for a late cancellation or missed appointment.

Forms

No need to arrive extra-early to your appointment. You can fill out all of the necessary forms online before your visit. If you have any questions while filling out the forms, please email us at or call 781 934 5292 during our office hours.

Financial Info

Your treatment plan will include a breakdown of all applicable fees, and we will inform you of all costs before treatment is administered. Charges are payable at the time of treatment. For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

We strive to find a form of payment suitable for your needs; therefore, we offer financing options from in house to Care Credit. We are also happy to offer the Wiemeyer Dental Savings Plan.

If special arrangements are needed, please talk to our office manager prior to receiving service.

Our patients with insurance

Additionally, we will submit all insurance claims for you. All dentists participate with Delta Dental Premier. We will fully attempt to help you receive full insurance benefits; however, you are personally responsible for your account, and we encourage you to contact us if your policy has not paid within 30 days.

We are pleased to process any insurance claim as a service to you at no charge. Please keep in mind that any estimate that we provide to you is only an estimate and that you are responsible for all fees not covered by your insurance!

Our fees reflect the time that the doctor spends with each patient as well as the overall quality of care and service that we provide in our practice. Our fees are not based upon any insurance schedules unless we are in-network with the insurance company. Otherwise, our fees may be above insurance allowances.

Dental insurance companies do not normally cover 100% of any dental fee. In several cases they cover less than 50% or sometimes make no payment. The “small print” written in your plan reveals the truth about actual percentages, which can be less than expected.

We are happy to discuss your particular dental benefits with you if you have questions. However, the best option is to discuss your insurance plan with your insurance carrier to get more detailed explanations.

Please be aware that certain carriers may not allow you to assign your benefits to any office. Because of this insurance restriction, we ask that you choose an alternative payment option. We will gladly process your insurance claim for your direct reimbursement.
